These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jurple application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Jurple ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Jurple. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@jurple.com.au if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (job listings, profiles, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
All intellectual property in the Jurple application, website, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on the platform, or for the accuracy of any job listings or profiles.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@jurple.com.au.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising under these Terms.
